Palo Alto, California: July, 31, 2008, www.fastdue.com today announced that Steve Bersen, former Wilson, Sonsini, Goorich and Rosati corporate partner and current legal partner with Nelson Mullins, Riley and Scarbough in Atlanta, has joined Fastdue.com’s board of directors. Mr. Bersen specializes in securities law and graduated from Vanderbilt Law School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

The new expense form provides for physical “pay by check” or online business expense reimbursement through PayPal or the user’s merchant credit card account, global currencies, travel policy, mileage allowances and other reimbursement terms and conditions, expense itemization, documentation inclusion, percentage reimbursement allowances, automatic repeat and past-due reminders, credit advance or approval, and real-time dispute/discrepancy resolution with line item tracking.
Fastdue.com further announced the addition of full Microsoft Outlook support for www.Fastdue.com address-book and reports features, allowing Fastdue users to synchronize their Fastdue accounts with MS Outlook compatible address books and email accounts.
